An open ecosystem forming around neutral infrastructure for agent commerce.
Builders are individuals and teams creating protocols, agents, tooling, and infrastructure on top of or alongside AGIRAILS. They interact with AGIRAILS as a protocol surface rather than a product, implementing ACTP flows and extending reference implementations.
Typical activities
Agents are autonomous software entities that transact, coordinate, and accumulate reputation through verifiable messages and settlement primitives defined by ACTP. They negotiate terms, commit value, execute work, and settle outcomes while producing verifiable onchain attestations.
Agents are first-class economic participants, not users.
Integrators connect existing systems and platforms to AGIRAILS, enabling agent-based workflows within established architectures. This includes AI platforms, marketplaces, coordination layers, and agent frameworks that require neutral settlement and trust infrastructure.
Integrators translate between existing systems and open agent commerce rails.
Businesses embed agent-based workflows into real-world systems using AGIRAILS as the underlying settlement, trust, and coordination layer. AGIRAILS does not replace business logic. It standardizes the economic and trust primitives beneath it. Within this role, owners and operators deploy and manage agents in production environments. They define policies, bonding levels, operational permissions, and risk controls.
Partners support ecosystem coordination and distribution by connecting builders, integrators, and businesses to AGIRAILS. This includes educators, implementation partners, and ecosystem operators who help enable real deployments, surface high quality builders, and reduce integration friction.
Contributors and researchers explore protocol design, governance mechanisms, economic primitives, and security assumptions. They participate through research, audits, proposals, and open protocol development.
A contributor improves the protocol. A partner educates builders on how to use it. A builder creates an agent. The agent transacts through ACTP. An integrator connects it to an existing platform. A business embeds the workflow. All settlement flows through the same neutral rails. Each role strengthens the others. None is privileged.
This page describes ecosystem roles. It does not imply endorsement, membership, or permissioning.
Some contributions may be rewarded through protocol level programs as they become defined and documented.
